Shipping costs and delivery times

Digital products (workbooks, templates) are available for download immediately after payment — no shipping costs apply.

For physical products (merchandise) the following applies:

• Germany: €4.99 flat, delivery in 3–7 business days
• Europe / Switzerland: €9.99 flat, delivery in 5–14 business days

Our merch is made to order (print on demand) and ships from EU production. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Returns

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — see the Cancellation Policy for details. You can declare your withdrawal via the "Withdraw from contract" button at the bottom of every page, informally by email to store@herrlichstore.de, or by post.

• Digital products: No return needed. Note: if you consented to immediate performance and the download has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal expires.
• Physical products: After your withdrawal we will email you the return address within 1–2 business days. Please return items unused and in their original packaging where possible. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds are issued promptly, at the latest 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal, via the original payment method. For physical products we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment.

Damaged items and complaints

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo at store@herrlichstore.de — we replace faulty goods free of charge. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
