The why & purpose workshop guides your leadership team to articulate a shared why, develop a meaningful purpose statement, and anchor the strategic direction. The workshop follows core+ phase 2 (Identity & Direction) and the Golden Circle approach. Format: 1 day on-site or remote, up to 12 participants. Included: preparation (briefing and pre-material), facilitation of the workshop day, and a follow-up with a results document. After payment, I'll reach out within two business days to align on date and location. Travel costs on request.
