Executive Sparring (3 × 60 min.)

Executive sparring for managing directors and senior leaders who want to think through their challenges on a regular basis. The package includes three sessions of 60 minutes each. Topics covered: decisions and their consequences, transformation, leadership and organizational questions, prioritization, conflicts, and stakeholder management. Each session follows whatever is most pressing. Part of the Leadership & Change area. After payment, I'll reach out within two business days to schedule the three sessions.
